Query Activity Logs

Activity Logs records important actions involving browser profiles, groups, proxies, extensions, teams, platform accounts, billing, and RPA. Use it to trace creation, updates, deletion, launches, closures, execution, purchases, and renewals.

Filter Logs

Filter by operator, module, action, and date range at the top. The action time column supports ascending and descending sorting. Export generates an Excel file using the active filters.

• Narrow results by module and time range before locating a record by operator.
• When investigating a resource issue, compare the action time with the current profile, proxy, or account status.
• If Export is unavailable, ask an administrator to grant activity log export permission.
• Exported files contain team activity information and must be stored and shared according to your internal data policy.
