Purchase a Team Plan

Purchase Plan adjusts the active team's browser profile capacity, additional member seats, and plan duration. The page calculates the original price, discount, current-plan credit, and amount due from the selected quantities and duration.

Before ordering, estimate required profile capacity through Create Browser Profiles in Bulk and confirm the actual number of members under Manage Members and Roles.

Place an Order

1. Open Purchase Plan under Billing.
2. Set browser profile capacity, additional member seats, and duration.
3. Review the plan price and expiration, and apply an eligible coupon if required.
4. Click Review Order and verify the price and configuration again in the dialog.
5. Confirm the order and complete payment.

Purchase a team plan

Example

Suppose your team has 10 members: 1 team administrator and 9 additional members. The free plan already includes 10 browser profiles. If each additional member needs another 10 profiles, the team requires 100 profiles in total: 10 included profiles plus 9 × 10 additional profiles.

Enter:

• Browser profiles: 100
• Additional members: 9

After purchase, the plan provides:

• Browser profiles: 100
• Members: 10 (1 team administrator and 9 additional members)

Important Rules

• Total team members under a purchased plan equal additional members plus the team administrator.
• Additional member quantities do not accumulate across purchases. Enter the target quantity each time.
• Reducing browser profile capacity or member seats does not produce a refund. Verify quantities before submitting.
• Enable or disable auto-renewal in the plan order details. Ensure the team balance is sufficient before enabling it.
• The free plan includes 10 browser profiles and 1 member (the team administrator). The browser profile quantity in a purchased plan includes the 10 free profiles.
• If the current plan has not expired, its remaining time is converted into a monetary credit toward the upgrade or renewal.
